Gary B. Sabin is Chairman of Excel Realty Holdings. His involvement in the real estate industry started with the founding of his real estate company in 1977. Since then, he has been actively involved in billions of dollars of real estate projects worldwide having operated and served on the boards of several private and public Excel entities including: Excel Trust, Price Legacy Corporation, Excel Legacy Corporation, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Excel Realty Trust, Excel Realty Holdings and Excel Interfinancial Corporation. Mr. Sabin is the Chairman of Sabin Holdings. Mr. Sabin has also served on the boards of CareTrust (NASDAQ), Extra Space Storage (NYSE), Charity Vision, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Vice Chair) and the Sabin Children’s Foundation (Chairman). Mr. Sabin is currently serving as a General Authority Seventy for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is based in Germany to help oversee the Churches activities throughout Western Europe. Mr. Sabin received a Master’s Degree in Management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Mark T. Burton is President and CEO of Excel Realty Holdings. Mr. Burton has extensive experience directing acquisitions and dispositions for public and private real estate companies, including REITs. Mr. Burton co-founded Excel Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT) trading on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: EXL) and served as Chief Investment Officer, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions and Board of Director until Excel Trust was successfully sold to Blackstone in a $2 Billion transaction in July 2015. From October 2003 to December 2015, Mr. Burton has served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions of Excel Realty Holdings. From September 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Burton served as Senior Vice President – Acquisitions of Price Legacy Corporation. From November 1997 to September 2001, Mr. Burton served as Senior Vice President – Acquisitions of Excel Legacy Corporation. From September 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Burton served as Senior Vice President-Acquisitions of New Plan Excel Realty Trust. From October 1995 to September 1998, Mr. Burton served as Senior Vice President – Acquisitions of Excel Realty Trust, and from January 1989 to October 1995 as Vice President – Acquisitions, of Excel Realty Trust. Mr. Burton was associated with Excel Realty Trust and its affiliates beginning in 1983, primarily in the evaluation and selection of property acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Burton also serves as a director of The Sabin Children’s Foundation. Mr. Burton received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Bryan K. Anderson is Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions for Excel Realty Holdings. Mr. Anderson has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Anderson served as Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions for Excel Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT) trading on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: EXL) until EXL was acquired by Blackstone in July of 2015. From February 2004 to April 2010, Mr. Anderson served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Excel Realty Holdings. From September 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Anderson served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Price Legacy Corporation. From January 2001 to September 2001, Mr. Anderson served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Excel Legacy. Prior to joining the Excel team, Mr. Anderson was a Senior Real Estate Agent for 5 years with Marcus & Millichap specializing in the brokerage of retail shopping centers, single-tenant investments and multi-residential properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of well over one billion in assets. Mr. Anderson holds his bachelor degree in business from the University of Utah. He also holds an active real estate license and earned his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in April of 2010.

From February 2004 to April 2010, Mr. Farnsworth served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Excel Realty Holdings. From September 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Farnsworth served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Price Legacy Corporation. From May 1999 to September 2001, Mr. Farnsworth served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Excel Legacy. From September 1998 to May 1999, Mr. Farnsworth served as Real Estate Analyst for New Plan Excel Realty Trust. From April 1995 to September 1998, Mr. Farnsworth served as Real Estate Analyst for Excel Realty Trust. Prior to these rolls, Mr. Farnworth worked as a commercial real estate appraiser. In these capacities, Mr. Farnsworth has been involved in over $2 Billion of acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Farnsworth received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University with an emphasis in business.

Mr. Langford served as Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions for Excel Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT) trading on the New York Stock Exchange (symbol: EXL) until EXL was acquired by Blackstone in July of 2015. From February 2004 to April 2010, Mr. Langford served as Vice President of Asset Management Analyst for Excel Realty Holdings. From September 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Langford served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Price Legacy Corporation. From December 2000 to September 2001, Mr. Langford served as Senior Real Estate Analyst for Excel Legacy. Prior to these rolls, Mr. Langford served as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management/Major Lending for Republic Bank (n.k.a. HSBC Bank), as a manager of accounting and insurance underwriting at Intermountain Health Care and an accountant at the accounting firm of Fox and Company (n.k.a. Grant Thornton). Throughout his career, Mr. Lanfgord has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of well over one billion in assets.
